Are products made to order?
Yes. Every LylaLoo gift is made after you order, using the personalization details you provide.
How long will my order take?
Allow 3–7 business days for production. After it ships, US delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days.
Is this a custom pet portrait?
No. Our current products use standard breed artwork personalized with your dog’s name and optional short details. For a club run, logo, or a project outside the regular product pages, send a custom inquiry before ordering.
What is the difference between UV print and laser engraving on tumblers?
UV print is best for full-color breed art and has a subtle raised feel. Laser engraving creates a permanent single-color stainless mark on a powder-coated tumbler.
Can I send special instructions?
Yes. Use the optional note field for layout notes, memorial dates, or short text. Please double-check spelling before checkout.
What if LylaLoo makes my order wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we’ll remake it or refund you; your choice.
