Every LylaLoo piece is custom made to order in Colorado — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Production time

Because each item is personalized and made just for you, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. If we have a question about your personalization details, we'll email you before we start — free design help is included with every order.

Shipping rates (United States only)

Standard US Shipping — $6.95 on orders under $100
Free US Shipping on orders of $100 or more

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Transit typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

If something arrives damaged

Custom pieces are packed carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — if we make it wrong, we'll make it right.
