Our mistake promise: If we make the personalization, size, or finish wrong—or it arrives damaged—email us within 7 days. We’ll remake it or refund it.

- Add a short phrase/date if needed — keep it to 18 characters so it stays readable on the coin. For longer club, kennel, or show-award wording, send a custom inquiry.
