Production & delivery
Please allow 3–7 business days for production. Once your order ships, US transit typically takes 3–5 business days. We ship within the United States only: standard shipping is $6.95 under $100, and shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
Before you order
Please double-check spelling, breed art choice, dates, size, and finish. If we need to clarify a personalization detail, we’ll email you before production starts.
Our mistake promise
If we make the name, breed art, size, or finish wrong—or your order arrives damaged—email jr22porter@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll remake the piece or refund you; your choice.
Because each item is personalized, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or errors entered at checkout. Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible; we can help if production has not started.
