Printed, not pressed. Every tumbler is UV-printed right onto the stainless steel, so the colors sit on the surface instead of being baked into a coating like sublimation. Run your thumb across the design and you'll feel it: the ornament, the greenery and your dog's name are slightly raised, with a texture that feels like a real keepsake, not a sticker. The colors stay bold and crisp, even the white details.

How to order

Type your dog's name (optional). It prints in gold script on a slim red plate just under the ornament. Up to 10 characters; letters, spaces, and . - ' only, no emoji. No name, no plate. Then choose how to make the design:

• Gallery design: we print our tricolor art.
• Photo upload: we print your photo in the design.

Photo tips: Use a clear, front-facing headshot in good light, with the whole face visible and nothing covering it. If you choose photo upload, attach a photo to continue.

Photo handling: We turn your photo upright, cut your dog out from the background, crop in on your dog, and fit it into the design. It prints as it is, with no retouching or redrawing. The cut-out can lose fine details like whiskers, and it can merge with anything touching your dog, so check your proof closely. A clear, front-facing photo of one dog works best. Side-profile photos don't work with this design, so we need a front-facing photo. We can't use a photo that is very small or blurry, shows no dog or more than one dog, or has your dog far away. If there's a problem with your photo, we'll contact you. You can send a new photo or switch to the gallery design (we refund the $10 fee), or we'll refund your order in full.

Proof: For photo orders, we email you a proof before we print. We print after you approve it.

Order by December 10 for the best chance of arriving before Christmas. Photo orders: Approve your proof quickly.

If we make it wrong or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it. Photo orders: If the print matched the proof you approved, we can't remake it, for example because of a soft or dark photo or fine details like whiskers the cut-out doesn't keep.

How does the proof work? For photo orders, we email you a proof before we print, and we print after you approve it. If we don't hear back within 2 days, we'll follow up with you. If we still haven't heard from you by day 7 after we sent the proof, we cancel the order and refund it in full, including the $10 design fee.
